Runsi Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Runsi, we may process:

• Account details (name, email, sign-in provider identifiers)
• Profile & training inputs (goals, fitness level, preferences)
• Workout data (distance, time, pace, routes, device sensors)
• Live location when you enable Live Circle, Beacon, or SOS
• Community content you post (Stories, challenge photos, text)
• Device and app diagnostics needed to operate and improve Runsi
• Purchase / entitlement records for Lite or Pro access

2. How we use information

We use data to provide tracking and coaching, sync across devices, power Live Circle and SOS alerts you request, moderate community content, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and communicate important service messages.

3. Sharing

We share information with:

• People you explicitly invite (Live Circle watchers, challenge teammates) when you choose to share
• Service providers that host infrastructure (e.g. cloud database, auth, notifications, analytics) under contractual safeguards
• App stores for subscriptions when you purchase through them
• Authorities when required by law or to protect safety and rights

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Location

Precise location is used for outdoor workouts, maps, Live Circle, Safety Beacon, and SOS. Background location may be required for reliable live sharing. You can revoke OS permissions anytime; some features will then stop working.

5. Community & moderation

Public Stories and challenge content can be seen by other users and may be reviewed by automated systems and human moderators. Reports and safety signals may be retained to enforce rules.

6. Retention & deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. You can delete your account in Settings; we then delete or anonymize personal data except where we must retain records (e.g. fraud prevention, legal obligations).

7. Your choices

You can update profile data, remove Live Circle members, turn off auto-share, stop Beacon, mute/hide Stories, and delete your account. Device settings control location, notifications, and camera/photos access.

8. Children

Runsi is not directed to young children. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can take action.

9. International processing

Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. We take steps appropriate to the service to protect information in transit and at rest.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. For privacy questions, contact the Runsi team through the support channels published in the app or on our official website.
