Delete your Runsi account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Runsi and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your Runsi account, profile, activities, Live Circle links, Stories, and sign-in. It cannot be undone.

If you have a Lite or Pro subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel store billing.

Request by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email runsisupport@gmail.com from the email address on your Runsi account.

Include:

• Subject: Runsi account deletion request
• The email / phone used to sign in
• Confirmation that you want the account and associated data deleted

We will verify ownership and process the request. Some records may be kept where required for security or law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
